July 4th Weekend, 2010

This 4th of July weekend was one of the best "aviation" weekends at OXB for
a while. By mid-day on Saturday, the normal black cloud that overhangs the
airport lifted, and the airport quickly recovered to "normal". Old friends and
ex-employees, that we haven't seen in a long time, came back to visit. People
gathered and laughed and had a great time together. There was a lot of flying,
people talking about aviation, and general fun.

It gave us hope that some day, every weekend will be like this. There's no
reason it can't be. We have an awesome airport. All we have to do is hope...
